Assessoria offers collection services and reduces companies' default rates
“The contractor also has access to the monitoring of the service provided by the contractor, through reports issued. Our purpose is to work for our partner client, where he does not need to wear out the relationship with his client when making the collection, in this way Certart starts to manage its portfolio of defaulters and seeking success in contemplation. Completed Keilla.
One of the big problems that entrepreneurs face is the amount of accounts receivable. The high default rates caused by the economic crisis and aggravated by the effects caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, have worried the sector and left the accounts in the red. In this scenario, keeping the balance between assets and liabilities is a big challenge.
Thinking about overcoming these challenges, businesswomen Jocelaine Daroit and Keilla created Certart Assessoria de Cobrança. The company was inaugurated on October 15, 2020 and operates directly in the business sector, serving entrepreneurs, commerce and industry.
Jocelaine Daroit is from Paraná, 48 years old, married to Luciano Daroit and mother of two children, Giuliano and Trysa, graduated in Pedagogy and Law and has lived in Sorriso for 20 years. Keilla is from Mato Grosso, is 35 years old, married to Bernardino Pedro da Silva and mother of Ana Cecília. With a degree in Fashion and Law, he has lived in Sorriso for 11 years.
Certart is divided into sectors, namely: telemarketing, face-to-face agreements in an extrajudicial and legal manner (where the title is executed).
“It works like this: we make a service agreement between Certart and the contracting party, in this way we assume responsibility for the bonds, register the defaulters in our system and from that point onwards, the telemarketing is forwarded to the collection sector. we have the agreements in person, where the debtor goes to our office for the negotiation to be carried out, when there is no success in the first phase, he is forwarded to the legal sector which proceeds with the execution. These negotiations are carried out in a transparent manner, with all the security that the LGPD requires with the debtor client”, declared Jocelaine.
