Sorriso real estate market grows and attracts investors
Laverde Construtora stands out in the field of civil construction
Laverde Construtora has projects in several sectors of the city, highlighting the volume of works delivered. “Last year there were around 1,647m² of built and delivered area and there are still so many other works under construction”, added Diego Laverde.
The civil construction sector remains heated. One of the fastest growing areas in the country, it expanded by 7.6% in 2021, according to data from the Brazilian Chamber of the Construction Industry (CBIC), the highest growth in the last ten years.
In Sorriso, the growth of civil construction was even greater. Last year the sector presented a 10% increase. According to the Secretariat for Economic Development, the municipality registered 2,500 (two thousand five hundred) new works, including construction of houses, buildings and companies.
In this scenario, Laverde Construtora stands out, which has been operating in the market for more than 2 years. Diego Laverde, owner of the construction company, spoke with our team and evaluated the real estate market in Sorriso. “I believe that the Sorriso market has always been very hot and attracts many investors”, commented.
All this growth causes an increase in hiring and finding qualified workers for the sector has become a challenge for construction entrepreneurs. “The large volume of existing works in Sorriso makes it increasingly difficult to find enough professionals to keep up with the growth of the sector. And even in this scenario, we have a solid team that guarantees the quality in the execution of our work. That's why it's very important to hire a construction company committed to always delivering the best to its customers”, he highlighted.
Not only in civil construction, but also in several sectors of the economy, the lack of manpower is a major obstacle to business growth. Sorriso leads the national ranking of the richest municipalities in agribusiness.
Of the BRL 470 billion sold in 2020 by the country, the city in the middle-north of Mato Grosso was responsible for BRL 5.3 billion, according to data presented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (Mapa). “This wealth attracts investors and, without a doubt, the real estate market is a good investment option”, pointed out Diego.
Laverde Construtora carries in its signature the high standard of quality of its works and has a team capable of always delivering the best in each phase of the work. From planning to execution, Diego Laverde, his father Sidney João Laverde and his brother Dener Laverde are attentive to every detail and keep turning dreams into reality.
