Paulo Roberto Donadel, from Rio Grande do Sul and Nercilda Sibila Land Donadel, born in Santa Catarina, met in Sorriso, dated and got married 24 years ago, and the children Luciano Land Donadel and Gabriel Land Donadel were born from the relationship.

Idealist, at the end of 2001, Paulo Roberto, faced with the need for this type of service in the region, found the opportunity to work on his own, it was then that the idea of setting up an enterprise to guarantee the family's future, with the partnership and support of his wife Nercilda, they decided to invest and risk everything they had on something new. After months working informally and the business growing, the couple sought the competent bodies to regularize the company's situation, officially creating Limpex Cleaning a Seco e Impermeabilização Ltda, in October 2003.

“We started with everything very simple, we had little equipment and a motorcycle, which was our only means of transportation. Our advertising was done by word of mouth.”

As a pioneer and with the increase in the population of Sorriso, the demand for cleaning services increased, new services and equipment had to be incorporated to meet the demand that was already high, when they realized, the company was already needing more manpower, even with the lack, this was not a reason to inhibit entrepreneurs who sought the first employees in the family, which at that time, was the most common.

Limpex has nine duly registered professionals who perform services with advanced techniques in cleaning upholstery, carpets, blinds, mattresses, cleaning and hydration in leather, cleaning with the use of ozone, waterproofing in residential and automotive upholstery, in addition to being a pioneer in American (general) cleaning in automobiles, aircraft cabins and agricultural machinery.

One of the pioneers in the cleaning business in Sorriso, entrepreneurs guarantee that what keeps customers loyal during these years is the work developed with commitment, excellence and quality of the products used.
