In Milan, Cinthya Lopes participates in Salone del Mobile, the largest design fair in the world

Architecture, like fashion, is a profession that requires constant updating, as it follows the changes in society, which are directly reflected in the collections, as well as in the projected works. It's no wonder that one of the biggest designer fairs in the world - Salone del Mobile, takes place in Milan, the Italian capital that is also the World Capital of Fashion. The fair launches concepts and exhibits the most relevant works from the most renowned professionals in the area around the world.

CINTHYA LOPES
Held in June, the Salone del Mobile brought together architects from all continents and, among them, was Cinthya Lopes, an urbanist architect graduated from the University of Cuiabá. She signs works of great relevance in the State and also in Sorriso, having won public opinion for her efficiency in defining spaces and ambiance.

“Salone del Mobile is a global magnet for creativity. It is the largest design fair in the world that takes place in a week in Milan, Italy, and celebrates its 60th edition this year 2022”, completes Cinthya.

QUALIFICATION
The architect highlights that she participated in the event to learn about market trends in person, even in the midst of intense demand for works being carried out in Sorriso, where civil construction is experiencing an overheated moment. “Even so, I thought it was worth participating in this event to bring new and creative ideas to our city.”

DETERMINATION
Back in Brazil, Cinthya restarted her professional activities reinvigorated, and with many concepts to put into practice. Passionate about the profession, she says that what moves her every day is the fight for the dream of being an architect and businesswoman who realizes dreams. “I seek every day, through the processes, to transform the experience of building my own home into a pleasant and light activity for my client.”

RESPONSIBILITY
Designing a work, commercial or residential, is a task of great responsibility. Cinthya says that when they trust her with a plot of land to deliver a home there, ready, from the design of the project to the final delivery of the work, she and the team pay attention to every detail. The focus is centered on delivering excellent results. “Our satisfaction is to see the customer's joy in enjoying the new and dreamed home”.

KEY IN HAND
At Cinthya Lopes' office, Architecture and Engineering projects are developed. The service offered includes all stages of construction, in a modality known as 'turnkey; in which the client does not have any concern in monitoring the work, and receives the property completely finished, not only in terms of structure, but, yes, ready to move in. Interior projects, production and design of furniture and other accessories are all the responsibility of the office.

CAREER
Cinthya Lopes began her professional career at a very young age, at the age of 15, when she started working for a well-known furniture brand: Todeschini. Even before starting college, he was a minor apprentice, when he learned to make furniture projects. In a short time, he gained professional respect, having assumed several positions in the company where he worked for eight years.

PROJECTION
A new professional stage began after his period at Todeschini and his academic training. He worked for four years in a construction company with the function of executing large works. It was there that he acquired practical experience, since, at the head of the construction team, he experienced the day to day of this universe and, in this way, acquired the know-how to open his company.

Her career as an architect and businesswoman took place primarily in partnership with the renowned architect Andressa Borghezan. “However, at the beginning of the pandemic, she returned to Paraná and today she works in the market online. I continued with the office here, alone, but working with other professionals. Today I have an architecture and construction firm and I want to strengthen my social role because of my profession”, points out Cinthya Lopes.

Landscaping also makes up the list of services
In her architecture office, Cinthya also has landscaping services, which are developed by the agronomist and landscaping specialist, Thalita Simões, who is a graduate of the State University of Bahia. He has worked in the company since the conception of the project, joining landscaping with architecture, and specifying the best plants indicated for each location..

“Her role is totally in line with mine. We work together to develop the complete project, with landscaping and architecture design, also uniting the functionality of an efficient landscaping. Another concern is with the proper specification of each type of plant, varying with the solar positioning and care, according to the particularities”, explains Cinthya.

Fundamental for the execution of the work, a civil engineer also works in the office
In order to consolidate the “turnkey” concept, the provision of a multidisciplinary service is of great importance in an architecture office. This process is completed with the civil engineer Henrique Desie Fonzar, who is a graduate of the renowned State University of Maringá and has an MBA in construction management - IPOG.

He is responsible for the works classified as 'gray', which include the foundation, plaster, slab, structure, hydraulic piping and sewage. Its action with the architectural firm ensures that the works are all carried out in compliance with the rules, since the foundation. That's why he is ahead of the team managing and inspecting the constructions. Finally, Cinthya is responsible for the finishes of the house (paint, plaster, coatings and lighting).

TEAM
The architect Lucas Arcari also works alongside the office; Yanca Almeida, responsible for the company's finances, and Thaís Morais, who is responsible for managing the project in the sense that all services, as well as projects and works, are developed according to the schedule and other specificities. Cinthya also has the support of landscaper Thalita Simões and civil engineer Henrique Fonzar and architect Lorrane Jatobá, who sign the projects together with her.
