was born from the realization of a family dream 

Construtora GPMM was born from the realization of a family dream. Adelar and his family left Medianeira in the state of Paraná, where they had lived for over twenty years. And they decided to come to Sorriso to fight for their dreams. Already in Sorriso with great seriousness and professionalism they began to work very hard showing competence, excellence and quality.

EFFORT
Adelar Iung's professional trajectory   begins in his childhood, when at the age of 12 he was a bricklayer's servant, he soon stood out and at the age of 15 he became a professional bricklayer. Despite being very young, his dreams were grandiose. In search of training, accepting challenges, demonstrating competence and whim always in the area of civil construction. Adelar went in search of new proposals, traveling to São Paulo and Alta Floresta, where he continued to learn and expand his skills and knowledge. Very dedicated, he had a partnership with the experienced master builder Mr. João Miranda, a man of great knowledge in the field of construction and of many principles and values. Mr. João was a milestone in the entrepreneur's life.

TRAJECTORY
When the family decided to live in Sorriso, in 2003, always betting on the city's growth, the couple already had their first child, Guilherme. They decided to stay and fight for their dreams. A few years passed and with great joy Adelar married Marlete de Almeida Iung, they had their other three children: Pedro Henrique, and the twins Maurício and Murilo. Today they are young people with many talents and many dreams, who are already dedicated to the family business.

JOB
All the effort was worth it, since in a few years Adelar's name began to be known and respected when the subject turns to professionals working in the field of civil construction. The toil was constant, often working 15 hours a day, that is, day and night, “Work is my name and my surname is now”, completes the businessman.

GPMM RISES
Adelar decided to bet on the creation of a company that would be run by him, his wife and their four children. The idealization of the company began in 2015. In 2021 the work was born! Construtora GPMM, an acronym that takes the children's initials. 

​

Like his father, his son Guilherme has been working on construction sites since he was 14, inspecting, drawing squares, reading projects, etc. He specialized in the area and is currently studying civil engineering and is also a partner in the company.

​

Demonstrates competence and a lot of seriousness in what he does. Guilherme, along with his father, carries out his work with an eye on the company's future. 

RESPECT 
GPMM started activities with a good reputation, which led to the hiring of several contractors, with commercial and residential works, always with the principles of service with commitment and seriousness, economy of material, honesty, concepts that it insisted on passing on to their children.

At the moment, the company has several works spread across the city, such as the germinated houses for the entrepreneur Mr. Kleimar Rubert, works for Mr. Mário Giacomelli, including a recently completed two-story building. The businessman endorses that “the results could not be greater. We are eternally grateful to the city of Sorriso.”

STRUCTURE
Construtora GPMM started its activities with its own building. It also has a trailer that has been turned into a mobile office, allowing service to go to the clients' homes or businesses. The service offered is performed by architects, engineers and highly trained professionals.

From helper to master builder. “A team of trust”, which is ready for work. Always looking for the accuracy of each execution of the work, trying to be as correct as possible.

Today the dreams that came true, but we believe we can even more. The construction company is already heading towards a prosperous future and many challenges and dreams to be conquered. The company's mission is to contribute to an even stronger, fairer and more prosperous city.
