Gastronomic experiences 
are the menu of Barú Parrilla

Eating well is directly associated with well-being and warmth and, therefore, the concept of eating has gained new definitions in recent years. More than just ingesting nutrients and satisfying hunger, people yearn to discover new flavors, which consolidate gastronomic experiences. 

In Sorriso, gastronomy has been gaining ground, as consumers have learned that food should be seen as something to be tasted and appreciated. This process gained strength in the city with the arrival of Barú Parrilla, which opened its doors in April 2022, and presents itself as a space dedicated to gastronomy, seeking excellence in its service. 

TRAJECTORY 
Barú Parrilla is the realization of the family dream of Beto Rondon, Chef Jean Francisco and their wives. Beto is a director and executive of one of the largest agriculture, livestock and transport groups in Sorriso. Jean is a chef and gastronomic consultant and, in his career, has provided advice to several restaurants. 

MISSION
In order to promote experiences, Barú Parrilla also focuses on exquisite service, so that they feel cozy from accessing the restaurant until their return home, since good food should provide tasting memories.

MENU
To serve dishes that please and offer pleasure to those who eat, the menu has options for all tastes. The à la carte service consists of pasta, seafood and meats with special noble cuts grilled on the parrilla. The side dishes signed by cheff Jean are an explosion of flavor apart. 

PERSONALITY
Barú parrila was created, idealized in the standard franchise style. Personality and order in terms of the Barú denomination.

IDENTITY
The restaurant's name honors the Barú nut, which is native to the cerrado and has a high nutritional content, in addition to its striking flavor. Identity in the design of the establishment's logo, elaborated in double meaning symbology, composed of a pan that emanates smoke with traces that also refer to the ox, the main raw material of the dishes in this space, which arrived in Sorriso with the main purpose of providing moments of pleasure and satisfaction at the table.
