I have LUMBAR PAIN, now what?

The spine is the base of support for the body.

There are 3 factors that make lower back pain worse:

1. Pelvic joint stiffness;
2. Hip muscle weakness;
3. Chronic muscular stress.

When a person works long hours standing or sitting, they end up overloading the lumbar vertebrae. The basis of Integrated Physiotherapy treatment is stabilization, that is, acting on the cause of pain. When we apply joint mobilization techniques in the hip region, we improve the movement of the pelvis.

The muscles in this region, especially the glutes, are essential to stabilize the spine, as they reduce the forces that compress the nerves, such as sciatica.

Muscle stress is characterized by muscle tension and the appearance of trigger points (pain points) thus decreasing the oxygenation of these tissues. At trigger points there is a predominance of residual blood (with inflammatory toxins). With the application of the Cupping Technique, we were able to perform gas exchange in the inflamed tissues. In this way, we stimulate oxygenation and purify the blood of toxins that cause muscle pain.

Strengthening, neural mobilization, joint traction and relief of muscle stress are part of the treatment protocol.

In our consultations, we combine these techniques to treat low back pain.

Each patient is evaluated and treated individually and in an integrated manner using the following Methods: RPG (Global Postural Reeducation), Integrated Pilates and Myofascial Release / Cupping Therapy.

It is possible to live without pain by stimulating oxygenation. Thus, we eliminate the toxins from the blood that cause muscle pain. Discover our techniques and treatment plans.
